Order management and fulfillment for our print-on-demand shops
Mintation is the tool our team uses to run the Etsy shops we own. It syncs our orders, sends them to our production partners for printing and shipping, and updates tracking numbers back to Etsy. Listings and sales reports live in the same dashboard.
Internal use only: Mintation works with the Etsy shops our company owns, connected through Etsy sign-in (OAuth).

How it works
From a sale on Etsy to a parcel at the buyer's door, without copying orders by hand.
Connect a shop
A team member signs in with Etsy and approves the permissions Mintation needs for one of our shops. Access can be revoked at any time.
Orders sync
New paid orders and their items are pulled from the shop into one order queue.
Print and ship
Each order goes to a production partner who prints, packs and ships it to the buyer.
Tracking back to Etsy
When the parcel ships, its tracking number is added to the Etsy order, so Etsy notifies the buyer.
Everything after the sale, in one place
Mintation handles the work between an order and a delivered parcel, and keeps our listings up to date.
Fulfillment routing
Send each order to the right production partner and follow it from printing to hand-off to the carrier.
Tracking updates
Tracking numbers go back to the Etsy order as soon as a parcel ships. No copy and paste.
Listing management
Prepare titles, descriptions and mockups, review them, then publish new listings or update existing ones.
Sales reports
Revenue, production cost and margin per shop and per product, in one dashboard.
Issue handling
Track reprints and refunds against the order they belong to, with the full fulfillment history.
How Mintation uses Etsy data
We ask only for the permissions the workflow needs, and use them only for the shops we own.

- Only Etsy shops our company owns, connected through Etsy sign-in (OAuth). Mintation is not offered to other sellers.
- Buyer name and shipping address are used only to fulfill that order, and are shared only with the production partner and carrier that make and deliver it.
- Buyer data is never sold, rented or used for marketing.
- Access can be revoked at any time in Mintation or in the shop's Etsy account; we delete the access tokens on disconnect or when Etsy rejects them.
